Gentle Fields Warranty Policy – Seat Cushions

1. Lifetime Warranty

Gentle Fields seat cushions come with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing. 

2. Eligibility

The Extended Warranty must be purchased either at the time of original cushion purchase. Coverage applies only to products purchased from the official Gentle Fields website.

3. Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

• Non-Gentle Fields cushions or accessories,

• Damage resulting from repair, service, or modification by non-authorized providers.
  
  

4. Remedies

If a valid claim is made during the Warranty Period, Gentle Fields will, at its discretion:

• Repair the seat cushion using new and/or refurbished parts, or

• Replace the seat cushion with the same model or a comparable model of similar functionality.
  

Repair or replacement under this Warranty will be provided free of charge, including return shipping.

5, Replacement Limitation

Customers are entitled to a maximum of one (1) replacement seat cushion. If a replacement is provided, the warranty period does not restart.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gentle Fields shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, profits, or business opportunities. Gentle Fields maximum liability shall not exceed the original retail purchase price of the seat cushion.

7. Consumer Rights

This Warranty provides benefits in addition to, and not in place of, statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which remain unaffected.
