18. Class Action Waiver

Read Carefully: You agree that any disputes or claims will be resolved individually and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action. You further agree not to participate in any such proceedings initiated by others. This waiver also applies to claims against Gentle Fields affiliates related to your access to or use of the Sites.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• If you are a consumer: These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Mandatory provisions of your local jurisdiction remain unaffected. Proceedings may be brought in either Singapore or your country of residence.
  
  

• If you are a business: These Terms (and any non-contractual disputes) are governed by Singapore law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Singapore courts.
