We build our cushions to last. To give you peace of mind, every cushion comes with a lifetime warranty, with the option to get a one time 1-1 replacement .

Coverage

• Manufacturing or material defects under normal household or office use.
  
  
  

What’s Not Covered

• Cushions repaired or modified by non-authorized providers.
  
  

Replacement Policy

• You are entitled to a maximum of one replacement cushion during the entire warranty period.
  
  

• If a replacement is provided, the warranty does not reset.
  
  

How It Works

1. Contact us at hello@gentlefields.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
   
   

2. We’ll guide you through repair, replacement, or resolution.
   
   

3. If eligible, your cushion will be repaired or replaced free of charge, including return shipping.
